Three-tiered Integration to leverage existing system data
Front end
The q-delta web-based user facing front-end can be configured to appear to the user community as an extension
of the intranet that allows them to quickly adopt an easy to use method to
request resources.
Middle tier
The workflow management approval chain is designed to interface with your existing investment in
account management databases, most typically Active Directory. This means that, for little
effort, requests from users for any types of resources can be dynamically routed to the correct resource owners.
Back end
Provisioning Adapters connect to target management systems, databases, directories, applications via
Application Programming Interfaces (API's) that ensure the resources are created, updated or deleted
as the user required.
